Track record
23 years, four stages and the same question: how do we make this project last?
Expansion
With a proven model, we begin taking PRANA to Southern Europe. Bogotá remains our headquarters.
2003
PRANA is born
We started with a simple idea: a cultural project also needs marketing, accounting and planning to last.
2004–2008
Trial and error
First contracts with Bogotá's District Institute of Culture and Tourism and UNDP. Agreements with SENA and technical papers on arts education for the Ministry of Education.
2009–2012
Training in the regions
With the Ministry of Culture and SENA we trained entrepreneurs and trainers on Colombia's Pacific and Caribbean coasts. Talks in Buenos Aires and Valparaíso, and technical assistance in Honduras with the United Nations.
2012–2015
Foundations and seed funding
17 projects with Colciencias and 3 with iNNpulsa in video games, digital animation, design and music. Work with the Corona, Bavaria, Bolívar Davivienda and Social foundations. UBI Global recognizes our incubation program.
2016–2023
SENA External Unit
SENA authorizes us as an External Unit for Fondo Emprender. With AECID and Factoría Cultural Madrid we trained 200 women in Bogotá in digital tools. Since 2019 we have organized Bogotá Design Festival.
2024–2025
New partnerships
Joint work with Corporación Manos Visibles and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. We signed the Diseño Iberoamérica framework agreement and backed a new Fondo Emprender winner: Baula.
2026
Expansion
With a proven model, we begin taking PRANA to Southern Europe. Bogotá remains our headquarters.
